Find Out What’s Costing You Customers. Then Get the Fix.

Most audits tell you what’s wrong.

Ours show you where the opportunities are, what’s getting in the way, and exactly what to do next—with the numbers behind every recommendation.

Two one-time audits:

  • SEO + AI Search Audit: how you show up in Google and in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.
  • Paid Ads Audit: where your Google, Meta or Microsoft Ads money is really going.

A Diagnosis Isn’t Enough

“Improve your SEO.”
“Tighten your targeting.”
“Write better ads.”

Useful advice, maybe. But you’re still left figuring out what any of it means.

Our audits answer the next question: what exactly should we do about it? You get a prioritized plan, the evidence behind it, and work that’s ready to put into action. Not a 60-item checklist where everything is somehow urgent.

SEO + AI Search Audit

When someone asks AI who to hire, are you in the answer?

More people every month skip the search results and just ask an assistant. That answer is a shortlist. You’re either on it or you aren’t.

We find out:

  • The questions your buyers actually ask
  • Whether each assistant names you, and whether it cites your site as the source
  • Who gets named instead of you
  • Which sites those answers are built from
  • The specific places to go get listed, in the order worth doing them

Nobody can make an assistant recommend you. But the answers aren’t random. They’re built from sources, and those sources can be found and pursued.

What recent audits turned up:

  • Five buyer questions, nine tries each, zero mentions. No page on the site answered those questions, so the assistants had nothing to quote.
  • One competitor page, 13 citations. It wasn’t better marketing. It was the only page that answered the question.
  • Every assistant sourced differently. One leaned on directories, another on companies’ own pages. The same fix doesn’t move both.

Why aren’t more people finding you on Google?

The other half of the same audit. We look at where you’re losing visibility, which opportunities are worth going after, which pages need work, which are already doing their job, and what new pages may be missing. Then we turn it into a page-by-page plan: what to do first, next and later.

The demand is usually already there. Most sites aren’t invisible. They’re showing up and not getting clicked:

  • 10,420 appearances. 4 clicks. A company’s single most important service search.
  • About 40,000 appearances a year. 16 clicks. The page had never been written to answer those searches.
  • 33 seconds to load on a phone. About 68,000 phone visits a year landed on that page.

And when a page needs work, you don’t get “optimize this page.” You get copy-and-paste-ready changes: the heading to use, the paragraph to put under it, where it goes, and why.

Your ad platform can tell you how many clicks and conversions you got. It can’t tell you whether you should keep paying for them.

We dig into what your campaigns actually produce:

  • What’s working and what isn’t
  • Where budget is being wasted
  • Which searches cost you money without producing customers
  • Which campaigns and markets deserve more or less spend
  • Which ads and messages are actually producing results
  • What to change first

Available for Google, Meta and Microsoft Ads.

See the searches you never should have paid for. In one audit we reviewed 200 searches that triggered ads and flagged 94 to block. That was $9,369 a month going to competitor names, unrelated searches and do-it-yourselfers.

Find the ads worth repeating. Same campaign, same month: one headline drove 149 conversions, converting 18.1% of clicks. Another drove 1, at 3.7%, and had been running quietly for months. Nobody noticed, because the account only reported the campaign total.

Not Everything Needs Fixing

Sounds obvious. A surprising number of audits don’t work that way.

If something is already working, we tell you to leave it alone. The goal isn’t a giant list of work. It’s finding the work that actually makes a difference.

One-Time Means One-Time

Each audit is a standalone project. You don’t need an audit to use our monthly Action Analytics reporting, and buying an audit doesn’t commit you to anything afterward.
